GO WEST YOUNG LADY, GO WEST............DAY 3

We're finally here....and I'm glad. Today wasn't as long but still too long for me. We started in Evanston, Wyoming. We drove a total of 631.1 miles today..and a grand total of around 1937 miles. That was the longest trip I've ever been on and or will be going on in a long time. We went to the Bonneville Salt Flatts in Salt Lake City. It was really interesting but I didn't really stand on it because it didn't look all that safe. But, I did get to touch it and put my feet on it. It was really interesting. There was a lot of salt. Lately, I haven't seen very much grass but I have seen many mountains and rocks. I don't think I would do it again, but then again I still have 4 days to see more. I can't wait to go to the lake.

A Grandma note: Both Delilah and I had road weary today. Which means we were both tired of riding and inactivity!!! I was also very tired of driving!! I can't say enough about how good a traveler Delilah has been these 3 days. She has not complained one time!! She has also been agreeable to anything and everything. What a girl!!
