DAMN IT !!!

WHY OH WHY DIDN'T I GO ON VACATION WITH MARY?

I COULD BE SITTING AT THE BENCH HOLE RIGHT NOW IN YELLOW RIVER FISHING FOR TROUT! INSTEAD I'M HERE IN THE MOUNTAINS LOOKING AT THE WEATHER FORECAST:

Snow showers could return Thursday night

Sunny skies return today after a chilly morning with readings in the 20s around the Basin.

The next frontal system moving into Northern California from the Gulf of Alaska Thursday will be colder and windier than Monday's system. Strong and gusty winds will make for hazardous boating on Thursday while increasing clouds hold afternoon temperatures to the mid 50s. The best chances for measurable rain and snow will be Thursday night into Friday morning along the frontal band.

DAMN IT !!!

I WONDER IF THEY STOCKED TROUT TODAY?

I got a report from Yellow River and they stocked on Tuesday and are suppose to throw some more in on Friday. Not to make you feel too bad, but I checked the Waukon weather for the weekend and it won't be sunny and 80 - it's going to be sunny and 81 on Friday and Saturday. Unfortunaltely we won't be up there either, we are staying a little closer to home and will be heading to Rock Creek State Park for the weekend.
