WHY I LOVE TRADER JOE’S

We had to battle the snow to do it, but we made a stop at Trader Joe’s last week end.  I love Trader Joe’s because I find unusual stuff.  




 Corn chile salsa, spicy bean dip, and corn tortilla flat bread.





 Isn’t that an interesting label……






 and an even more interesting stalk…





for these really fresh brussel sprouts.  These were great roasted in the oven!!





I used puff pastry to make pear, apple, walnut, and marchanko cheese pies.  Yummy but not very figure friendly.
