Oyster Mushrooms

They don’t have morels here but they do have mushrooms. 

 It’s a good thing they are big and this bright color.  I could actually easily find them in the forest.

These are called oyster mushrooms and they are edible.  I sautéed them in  rosemary infused olive oil and garlic.  Then roasted them in the oven.

I repeat these are not morels and they taste like crap!!  At least I won’t have to waste my time looking for them next year!!
