Main Course

Since Rex doesn't like asparagus, I decided the main course would be something he would like.

Scallops....the way to Rex's heart.  And he mentioned he had been thinking "puff pastry".  Works for me!!

The puff pastry with the scallops looks pretty small on the plate, but it was actually a very satisfying portion. Oh, and of course, we had salad.

Can't have a birthday celebration without dessert.  Tomorrow....dessert is discussed tomorrow!!
