EXERCISE ROUTINE

New exercise routine. If you're over 50, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

Yup, that's about how much exercising someone over 50 should do. I'm suppose to tell you that Michael has finally started reading the blogs so you aren't suppose to write anything bad about him. LOL.
